By accessing or using WeImprovePhotos, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your images and permissions
You retain ownership of your uploaded images. You grant us a limited permission to store, transmit, analyze, modify, and deliver them only as needed to provide and secure the service. You must have the legal right to upload and process each image.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or harmful activity; to violate another person's privacy; to bypass security or payment controls; or to overload or interfere with the platform.
4. AI-generated results
AI enhancement is probabilistic. Results may add, remove, reinterpret, or alter visual detail and may not be historically or factually exact. Review outputs carefully before professional, archival, evidentiary, medical, legal, or identity-sensitive use.
5. Credits and pricing
Credits are prepaid service units, not currency, and may be used only within WeImprovePhotos. Prices, service costs, promotions, and credit requirements are shown before purchase or processing and may change prospectively.
6. Refunds and failed jobs
Because digital processing may begin immediately after credits are used, completed processing jobs and used credits are generally non-refundable. We may restore credits or issue a refund when a qualifying technical or billing problem is verified. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate information, maintaining password security, and activity under your account. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargebacks, security threats, or violations of these terms.
8. Availability
We rely on third-party cloud, AI, hosting, and payment services. Features may be interrupted, changed, delayed, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every image can be improved.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeImprovePhotos will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability relating to a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to that claim.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
